Heller Ehrman had an existing collection that needed assessment and refreshing. Artsource Consulting worked closely with the design team and a cross-functional client committee representing all facets of the firm. With a clear understanding of the goals, we presented an economic approach to assessing the existing collection, which included reframing and deaccessions. We guided the committee in crafting criteria for the selection of new works – emerging to mid-career artists whose work reflected the firm’s forward thinking and innovative reputation, as well as its deeply rooted history.
